This community has no paid management. We are 100% volunteer. We serve each other.
It is vital that (at some point) each household pitch in with ideas, feedback, and most importantly, elbow grease. Ideas are great, but ideas do not create the outcomes. People do. Leaders do. You do.
Please consider joining one of our committees. Current members are listed below. Each group continues to need more helping hands and minds. Click here to send us an email or send to Secretary@HHRA.info.
Forgive us if we missed a committee member. Going forward, this website will be updated regularly to serve as the source of truth on committees and membership.

Ensuring that we have engagement from our community is a critical role. The Nomination Committee works to drive participation from our members. Bylaws state that HHRA must meet certain requirements in order to operate. Having robust participation from our neighborhood as well as a fresh pool of volunteer leaders to guide board and community discussions is imperative. This committee is charged with helping drive community engagement and participation.

Keeping our entry and common areas fresh, clean and beautiful is an important role. This team helps present options, decide what kind of plants and improvements we consider and works together with our neighbors to install them. They also lead the effort to maintain our grounds during semi-annual workdays. We all benefit and enjoy the common areas. Please pitch in. Volunteer to serve on this committee and help keep our neighborhood looking great!

From time to time, we must contract a service to inspect the lakes and ensure we are proactively maintaining them; keeping them healthy.
