Our community has no paid management. We are 100% volunteer. That keeps costs down. It is vital that (at some point) each household pitch in with ideas, feedback, and most importantly, elbow grease. Ideas are great, but ideas do not create the outcome. People do. Leaders do. You do.
We understand not everyone can carry a heavy load, either physically or in terms of your available time. But if you can dig a small hole and plant a flower, you can make a difference by simply doing that once a year. The more work we perform ourselves, the less work we must contract out, and the lower our costs can remain.
If we can garner enough of your support to accomplish our workload, perhaps we can stay lean.
